A fantastic two days kids’ festival was successfully concluded in Ahmednagar in collaboration with Nanha Gyan Foundation and The Icon Public School. The overwhelming response of more than 500 students participating in 13 competitions in a stretch of 2 days with Healing Light Awards to those who have made remarkable contributions in the field of education with a selfless spirit. A footfall of 5500 people, participation from 22 schools, and the prominent presence of Padmashri Awarded Popatrao Pawar and Mr. Nanrendra Firodia as chief guest added a new dimension to it.
On the occasion of the event chaired by entrepreneur Narendra Firodia, Founder Chairman of Icon School Ashok Mutha, Colonel R.C. Rana, Amit Mutha, Nirmal Mutha, Nanha Gyan Foundation founder Romal Surana, Preeti Muthian of Preetij Pathshala, Shaileja Ladda, Aradhana Rana, Principal Dipika Nagarwala, Amritlal Muthian, Sameer Bora, Sumangala Munot, Abhay Lunia, Snehal Zambare, Sachin Dungarwal, Madhubala Chordia, Vaishali Chopra, Principals, representatives, and teachers of various schools.
Romal Surana, Founder and Director of the Nanhaa Gyan Foundation mentioned the importance of the mental, physical and intellectual development of the students. She said that the persons in the field of education who are creating competent future generations need to be honored with Healing Light Awards. The contribution of people who shape society through their efforts needs to be recognized.
Entrepreneur Narendra Firodia said that working on the mental health of students will be important for a bright future. The life of students has become stressful since childhood. He said that a stress-free education system is the need of the hour and if the students are stress-free, their talents will be given the scope and their talents will be developed. Special congratulations to the winners of the Healing Light Awards, whose work is contributing to shaping the next generation.
In the kid’s festival held at Icon Public School, there were various competitions like painting, elocution, poetry reading, story-telling, poetry recitation, classical dance competition, fancy dress competition, etc. Boys and girls gave a heart-robbing performance of dance to various songs. The program presented by the students was applauded by the audience. Prizes were awarded to the winners of various competitions held by the chief guests.

Kulkarni, Manisha Gugle, Vivek Nanivadekar were honored in different categories.
While the Growth Icon Awards are given to the consistent work to mold society in the respective fields. These awardees: Aradhana Rana, Priti Muthian, Jagruti Oberoi, Dr. Prachetan Potdar, Dattatreya Paralkar, Aboli Ruikar, Shivam Punjabi, Shaileja Laddha, Chetan Muthian were honored.
Students thoroughly enjoyed this kids’ festival and presented their talents.
